Their best friend is a shadow spirit named Dragon. They live with Dragon and four other friends in a large treehouse in the Commonlands. They have a magic level of two.

Appearance

Scribble is roughly the size of a leopard. They have long ears and a very long tail that is twice their body length. Their fur is short and light brown/tan in color, with red markings. They have a tufts of fur on the side of their jaw, right under their ears, and extra tufts of fur on the backs of their paws.

Two rows of feathers, tipped with light purple, run along either side of their back, which they can shapeshift into fully functional wings.

Winter Coat

On the day of the first snowfall, Scribble's fur becomes long, white, and excessively fluffy. The winter coat appears all at once, and then lasts for exactly one hundred days before disappearing just as quickly.

Personality

Scribble is generally laid-back and easy-going. They try their best to be kind. They're forgetful at times, and aren't great at having conversations. They love their friends, but also enjoy time alone.

History

Scribble was born on Summer 18, y7414, to parents Jonquil and Ruzha.

They spent a long time struggling to master their shapeshifting ability, and the accompanying flight. They didn't have full control over it until they were seven years old, in y7421.

In y7424, they came across a wandering shadow spirit. Scribble introduced themself to the spirit, who seemed reserved and yet drawn to Scribble somehow. The spirit did not speak, but was able to explain that they had no name, and that Scribble was the first creature they had come across who could understand them. Deciding the spirit deserved a name, Scribble called them Dragon, as they had thought the spirit was a dragon at first glance. The spirit kept the name.

Their sibling Scout was born on Winter 62, y7426.

Relationships

Dragon

Scribble is Dragon's closest friend. Dragon communicates exclusively nonverbally, but Scribble can still understand them, and often relays their words to the rest of the group. The two are rarely seen apart.

Scout

Scout is Scribble's sibling, twelve years younger. They have an amicable relationship. Scout occasionally tags along with Scribble's friend group.

Twill

Scribble and Twill have known each other the longest out of their friend group. They grew up together, and Scribble considers Twill to be like a sister.

Feran

Scribble grew up with Feran, who is Twill's brother, although they were never quite as close as they were with Twill. Still, Scribble considers him like a brother.
