He is a member of the Scribble Squad. He has a photographic memory, and poor eyesight.

Appearance

Oliver is about the size of a fox. He has thick, dark brown fur, with big rounded ears and a fluffy tail. He has a furred, dragon-like snout and small wings. He has dark green striped markings running along his tail, front legs, back, neck, ears, and under his eyes. His inner ears, his toes, and the bottom part of his wings are pale tan. He wears black rectangular glasses, which are held on by a string that wraps around the back of his head. His eyes are green.
