Arotropis

Arotropis is a small city. It floats several miles off the ground, and drifts around Ankou. It was founded by an elderly sky dragon during the Age of War, in order to provide a safe haven for magical creatures. After the end of the war, it became open to all, although the vast majority of residents are magical and nearly all are flighted.
