Mountain Dragon

Mountain Dragons are a subspecies of dragon. They are powerful fliers, and are typically very physically strong. They are able to breathe fire. Although they are magical creatures, they typically have no magical abilities. They have broad paw-like hind feet, and agile talons on their front feet, and their scales can be a very wide variety of colors and patterns. Their average lifespan is about 450 years, although some have been recorded reaching ages upwards of seven hundred.

During the Age of Kingdoms and the Age of War, the majority of mountain dragons on the planet lived in small, isolated tribes in the territory of Petraga. Starting with the Age of Harmony, the species began to spread out further over the planet, expanding their diaspora into several large cities and other territories across the continent.
