Caligo
Caligo is a mixed-species gryphon living during the Age of Kingdoms. He was raised in Thelaji, later renamed Liwon, but left to build his own tribe on the island of Nordyr. He is the son of Queen Parhelia and the brother of King Caelus, and the founder of the Thelajian Blood tribe.
Appearance
Caligo has thick white fur covering most of his body, with patches of pale gray on his throat, ears, and tail. His beak, talons, and tail tip are darker gray, and his eyes are icy blue. The underside of his wings are pale brown mottled with white; he often keeps his wings folded tightly as his side to hide this, as he is ashamed of his common/forest gryphon heritage. His neck and shoulders are very muscular, and his hind legs thin.
Personality
History
Caligo was hatched on Winter 14, y984, in the kingdom of Thelaji, just hours before his brother Caelus . His mother Parhelia was the ruling queen, and as the elder of her two sons, Caligo was next in line to inherit the throne.
